Description

I made the base with GIMP 2.8.10, so it's NOT a victor base with 'clean' lines like what you may get using Illustrator. It's all hand drawn and colored. I've also colored it already, just a little, so that it might be easier to change the colors around by "colorizing it", ya know? If you prefer a white base pony, let me know and I'll resubmit another one.
